Fredrik has been appointed to Chief Executive Officer of Sever Pharma Solutions, a testament to his outstanding leadership and proven impact in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
He brings over a decade of experience, gained in Production Management at Baxter International and more recently Production Director and Vice President Operations at Sever Pharma Solutions.
He has driven major projects such as the launch of an aseptic fill-finish manufacturing line, led complex global technology transfers, and managed production decommissioning without supply interruptions. His leadership is distinguished by a commitment to team development, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance, including embedding lean and continuous improvements methodologies to drive cost savings across international sites.
Fredrik’s strong academic foundation includes a M.Sc. in Production Engineering, a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, as well as international experience as an exchange student at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s Department of Industrial Engineering.
As CEO, he is set to guide Sever Pharmaceuticals’ next phase of growth, focusing on quality, efficiency, and strategic global leadership.
