Dennis Schut Chief Financial Officer
Dennis has more than 25 years of experience in finance, predominantly in the pharmaceutical industry. He holds a Master’s degree in finance plus an Executive MBA. In addition, he is a board member of several privately held companies engaged in the fields of life sciences and venture capital.
Financial stability and growth are the foundation of a thriving company and secure the long-term value creation for all its stakeholders.
My journey through finance so far has reaffirmed my belief that a CFO is not only a guardian of an organization’s financial well-being but also a strategic partner in achieving its growth.
Combining a hands-on, people-oriented leadership style with strategic vision, I firmly believe that finance is more than just numbers. Finance should transcend spreadsheets and financial reports as its primary purpose is not just to manage numbers but to drive growth and prosperity of organizations.
My contribution to the SEVER Leadership team is to ensure we look beyond maximizing short-term profits and focus on long-term value creation. This can be achieved by validating financial decisions that are aligned with the broader corporate strategy.
